About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver client service for daily record-keeping, administration, and servicing of an assigned book of business
  • Promote revenue growth, productivity, and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations
  • Discuss compliance testing processes/results and required government filings
  • Ensure services meet EPIC RPS documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors, and day-to-day contacts
  • Monitor and manage daily reports
  • Document pertinent client communication
  • Provide internal and external project management support
  • Communicate with operational teams to maintain record-keeping items for assigned plans
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree and two (2) years' customer service related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ASPAA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals and technical procedures
  • Ability to write routine correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively with internal and external contacts
  • Ability to work with probability and statistical inference concepts
  • Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to develop software skills through internal training within a reasonable time
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
  • Ability to remain stationary 75% of the time or greater
  • Ability to move objects up to 10 lbs
