About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design of Identity and Access Management architectures for clients
Work with business stakeholders, security teams, and technical specialists to translate business requirements into secure and scalable identity solutions
Develop IAM strategies, architecture designs, governance models, and solution roadmaps
Guide implementation projects across identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management
Help clients address complex identity challenges
Support clients' adoption of modern identity and Zero Trust security models
Drive strategic identity initiatives and lead them to successful delivery
Collaborate with IAM specialists, architects, and security professionals across the Nordics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep expertise within the IAM domain
Experience designing enterprise IAM architectures and roadmaps
Understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance
Experience translating business requirements into secure and scalable IAM solutions
Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience working in complex enterprise environments
Professional working proficiency in English
Fluency in either Swedish or Finnish
Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, OpenText, Omada, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or similar solutions
Understanding of Zero Trust principles
Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR)
Relevant certifications
Previous consulting or advisory experience
Curiosity, strong communication skills, and ability to take ownership of architecture initiatives in complex and highly regulated environments
