About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop backend solutions in .NET 10, including APIs, web applications, and background jobs
Develop databases and migrations using MS SQL Server
Contribute to frontend development in TypeScript and React
Work across .NET backend services and TypeScript frontend applications
Deploy and operate services in Azure
Manage CI/CD and environments
Monitor systems using Sentry
Refactor existing solutions in small, controlled steps
Contribute to architecture discussions and the platform's future technical direction
Work hands-on and contribute technical ideas within a small, collaborative development team
Take responsibility for backend development, operations, security, and continued technical-platform development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comfortable working with modern .NET
Good knowledge of TypeScript and ability to work across backend and frontend
Experience with SQL, data modelling, and database migrations
Understanding of performing database changes safely in production environments
Experience with refactoring and improving existing code in small, verifiable steps
Pragmatic and data-driven approach to development
Comfortable working in a small team with broad technical responsibility
Uses AI tools as a natural part of the development workflow
Open to working with different technologies as the technical stack develops
Fluent in Swedish and English
Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience
Occasional travel to Stockholm may be required
