About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and coordinate daily schedules for mobile service technicians
- Process parts requests and ensure technicians have what they need
- Provide customers with updates on timelines, lead-times, and service expectations
- Update customer databases with current information and service details
- Serve as the link between customers, technicians, and department managers
- Provide accurate maintenance contract billing information
- Prepare service invoices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-focused
- Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support within the equipment, trucking, or fleet service industry (preferred)
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in scheduling, billing, and documentation
