About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform full-service oil changes on semi-trucks, trailers, and buses
  • Lube chassis and driveline components
  • Change air filters
  • Check tire pressure and fluid levels
  • Work as a team to service drivers and return them to the road in 30 to 40 minutes
  • Follow step-by-step service procedures and use wheel chocks
  • Help guide trucks in and out of the bays
  • Greet customers, explain findings, and keep them informed while they wait
  • Keep bays, equipment, tools, and inventory clean, organized, and ready

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • No technical experience required; fully paid training provided
  • A great attitude and a passion for customer service
  • Reliability and a stable work history
  • An interest in mechanical work, or enjoyment of working with your hands
  • Pride in keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Experience in a quick lube, tire shop, truck stop, or automotive service shop is a bonus
  • Hands-on experience with semi-trucks or heavy equipment is a bonus
