About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess workflows across business departments and identify where AI can already provide support
Implement use cases together with the teams, from proof of concept through to production deployment
Continuously improve solutions based on feedback from the business departments
Plan and deliver training sessions and office hours
Explain changes and address questions and concerns
Enable colleagues to use AI safely and efficiently
Connect AI enablers across the business departments
Collaborate with a second AI Solution Engineer and divide responsibility for the business departments between you

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least two years of experience in software development, automation, or technical consulting
Experience with generative AI gained through at least two projects
Experience with object-oriented programming
Ability to explain technology in a way that enables non-technical teams to work with it
German at C1 level or higher
Helpful but not required: experience with n8n, machine learning beyond generative AI, or delivering training
Helpful but not required: domain expertise in support, sales, or finance
Helpful but not required: experience with process modeling, such as BPMN
