About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as part of the Acoustics Group on environmental licensing, permitting, and compliance projects

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-7+ years of experience in a consulting environment
- B.S. or B.A. in Acoustics, Engineering, Environmental or Physical Sciences, or Physics
- Experience using sound level measurement and meteorological equipment
- Experience with ISO 9613-2 sound modeling software, such as CadnaA or SoundPLAN
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a multidisciplinary project team
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Project management experience
- Valid driver’s license, proper insurance, and vehicle registration for business travel
- Necessary paperwork to work in the USA
- Ability to work safely outdoors in variable weather conditions for extended periods
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
- Ability to travel out of state by plane or car for extended periods
- Ability to carry approximately 50 pounds on paved paths, trails, or fields
