Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and growth for EQ Bank’s Reverse Mortgage business
  • Define market positioning, customer value propositions, audience segmentation, and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead planning and execution for new products, features, offers, and enhancements
  • Develop launch strategies, customer communications, sales enablement tools, and channel activation plans
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies and content for direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels
  • Own marketing strategy, channel mix, performance, agency relationships, and campaign optimization
  • Develop broker, financial advisor, and referral partner marketing programs
  • Generate customer, market, and competitive insights
  • Lead thought leadership, educational content, industry events, conferences, and media opportunities
  • Lead customer research, voice-of-customer programs, and NPS measurement
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage agency, vendor, and partner relationships, budgets, resource allocation, and annual marketing planning
  • Develop performance measurement frameworks and executive reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Strong background in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, direct-to-consumer acquisition, business-to-business channel growth, and integrated marketing
  • Experience in financial services, banking, wealth, lending, retirement planning, or another regulated industry strongly preferred
  • Direct experience with reverse mortgage lending considered an asset
  • Ability to translate customer, market, and competitive insights into positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels
  • Experience briefing and managing agency partners on creative, media, and performance optimization
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Digital, Customer Experience, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and external partners
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
  • Strong analytical and business acumen using performance data, customer insights, and market trends
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
