About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support key initiatives across customer lifecycle management, engagement and retention programs, and strategic partner relationship management
Support day-to-day operations with analytical, administrative, reporting, and project coordination assistance
Conduct internal reviews of compliance, risk management, and operational processes to identify control gaps, process improvements, and governance opportunities
Analyze mystery shop, customer complaint, coaching, and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Assist with development of an asset management model for inventory tracking, operational oversight, controls, and reporting
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, process documentation, operating procedures, and audit evidence
Contribute to strategic initiatives, pilot programs, process improvements, go-to-market launches, promotional campaigns, and vendor activities
Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Product, Data, Sales, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, Vendor Management, and external partners
Complete ad hoc analysis and support additional team priorities
Support initiatives enhancing customer experience and engagement for no-fee and Insiders credit cards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to organize, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources and communicate clear findings
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
