Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree, master’s or Ph.D. with a good academic record
  • At least two years of higher education completed before the internship starts
  • At least one year of higher education remaining after the internship ends
  • Fluent in English
  • No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience
  • CV/résumé in English
  • Official transcripts showing all completed higher education courses and grades
  • Transcripts provided in English or a Scandinavian language
  • Necessary work permit for the country of application, valid at application and throughout employment
  • Must have the required work permit; Equinor does not support or sponsor work permits or visas
  • Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work are an advantage
  • Alignment with Equinor’s values: open, collaborative, courageous and caring
  • Commitment to safety and security expectations
