About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement new features and products for SaaS products
Build upon application architecture
Write user-centric, robust, high-performance, and secure code
Develop primarily with .NET and C# while working with JavaScript front-end and SQL Server database
Conduct unit testing using a test-driven development approach where appropriate
Collaborate with the test team to ensure software quality
Submit code for peer review to identify issues early
Review colleagues’ code and provide input and expertise
Participate actively in agile team meetings, including daily meetings and retrospectives
Work on fintech products including Equisoft/transfer, /pay, /trade, and Pension Fusion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Around 3–5 years’ experience as a developer (or equivalent capability)
Experience with front-end technologies: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS and HTML
Comfortable working across a stack including C#, .NET and SQL Server
Experience collaborating in small, cross-functional teams
Clear written and spoken English
Enthusiastic about software development, continued learning and improvement
Strong problem-solving skills
Good eye for detail and consideration for end-user interactions
Initiative-taking and enthusiastic
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline
