Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong organisation and administrative skills

  • Good command of all MS Office applications
  • Interest in travel and knowledge of some destinations
  • Fluency in a European language (French, Italian, Spanish, or German) would be an advantage
  • Ability to build relationships with Party Leaders and students
  • Ability to handle a large volume of bookings accurately and with attention to detail
  • Keen to learn about products and destinations
  • Genuine interest in travel
