About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and enforce operational and maintenance SOPs across the charging network
  • Improve operational processes based on field feedback
  • Manage daily relationships with technical service providers and third-party contractors
  • Ensure SLA and contractual compliance, targeting over 99% network uptime
  • Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and service-quality standards
  • Analyze O&M costs, monitor technical expenses, report deviations, and oversee maintenance invoicing
  • Verify technical expenses related to electricity consumption
  • Oversee and execute commissioning of new AC and DC fast/ultra-fast charging stations
  • Verify electrical installation compliance and configure initial communications
  • Diagnose hardware, communication and software failures at Level 2/3
  • Guide external maintenance providers through complex diagnostics
  • Provide Level 2 technical assistance to the Call Center and troubleshoot issues with users
  • Supervise external preventive and corrective maintenance quality
  • Perform key preventive maintenance and urgent or specialized corrective interventions
  • Use CSMS and OCPP for remote communication diagnosis, network management and firmware updates
  • Track installations and repairs with contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and French regulations such as IRVE and NF C 15-100
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, intervention reports and SOPs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent professional English (C1/C2) — mandatory
  • Professional French fluency (B2/C1 or above) — mandatory
  • Intermediate Spanish (B1 or above) — highly valued
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in maintenance, operational management and diagnosis of electrical/telecom equipment
  • Experience in the e-mobility sector preferred
  • Experience managing a large charging-point network is a strong advantage
  • Technical degree (BTS, BUT/DUT) or engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or a related field
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and single-line diagrams for high- and low-voltage installations
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of AC and DC EV chargers
  • Experience with or strong knowledge of OCPP for remote management
  • Ability to diagnose Ethernet and 4G/LTE network and communication failures on embedded hardware
  • French electrical safety authorizations (habilitations électriques)
  • Ability to work autonomously in remote locations
  • Strict adherence to electrical safety standards and company policies
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors and project schedules
  • Understanding of technical expenditure control and monitoring
  • CMMS experience highly valued
