About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement and contract needs and requirements
  • Monitor and track invoices for accuracy and timely payment
  • Maintain reports and dashboards
  • Prepare weekly financial reports and monthly invoices
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain organized contract files and tracking spreadsheets
  • Develop and maintain project planning tools, including action-item tracking spreadsheets, project calendars, and flow charts
  • Support data entry tasks
  • Work closely with program managers, technical staff, and government clients to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • College transcripts required for applicants with less than 4 years of experience
  • 0 to 10 years of experience
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software and technical skills for planning, report preparation, and financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Fundamental data management knowledge
  • Experience with MS Power Platform is a plus
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, as the position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
