About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, and professional positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop recruiting strategies
- Establish appropriate sourcing approaches
- Source and proactively identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical qualifications, experience, communication skills, and interest
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication among candidates, hiring managers, interview teams, and stakeholders
- Manage candidates in the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Provide hiring managers with market insight, candidate feedback, and recommendations
- Maintain consistent candidate communication and a positive candidate experience
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement initiatives
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, university recruiting activities, and other talent acquisition initiatives
- Support hiring across ERG's Facilities Group
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience
- 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, or other specialized positions
- Ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining communication and collaboration within a geographically distributed team
- Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a DoD Secret-level security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen; the position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
- Preferred: experience recruiting cleared talent, particularly within DoD, federal government, and government contractors
- Preferred: familiarity with federal contract requirements and security clearance processes
- Preferred: experience recruiting for highly specialized technical or engineering positions
