About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development of business opportunities with Sustainable Finance teams in Brazil and Latin America and the Caribbean
  • Identify, monitor, and support the qualification of business opportunities
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, corporate presentations, templates, and client materials
  • Support the coordination of responses to RFPs, calls for tenders, and procurement processes
  • Supervise analysts in knowledge management and credential organization
  • Maintain records of corporate credentials, case studies, and project history
  • Consolidate and update knowledge bases, technical references, and corporate materials
  • Ensure strategic information is available for proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives
  • Request, organize, and monitor the issuance of technical capability certificates by clients and partners
  • Coordinate the periodic updating of team resumes
  • Monitor relevant calls for tenders and assess the company’s competitiveness
  • Verify technical, administrative, and qualification requirements established by clients and contracting entities
  • Gather information and documentation for calls for tenders, competitive bids, and contracting processes
  • Support the development of specialized profiles for proposals and competitive processes
  • Coordinate document collection and monitor schedules and deadlines
  • Critically analyze the opportunity portfolio and sales pipeline
  • Generate reports, metrics, and analyses, particularly using Salesforce
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities to strengthen the commercial strategy
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, seminars, and forums focused on sustainability and sustainable finance
  • Support networking, market intelligence, and relationships with strategic partners
  • Identify opportunities for corporate visibility and positioning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, Finance, Sustainability, or a related field
  • Approximately 5–6 years of professional experience in consulting, business development, commercial management, proposal development, or related areas
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Advanced Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Experience with competitive procurement processes, calls for tenders, RFPs, or public bidding processes
  • Experience with sustainable finance, ESG, the financial sector, climate change, or sustainable development is a plus
  • Familiarity with government institutions, development banks, and/or multilateral organizations is a plus
