Key responsibilities & impact

Support and deliver Double Materiality Assessments, including stakeholder engagement guides, impact/risk/opportunity identification and assessment, scoring, prioritization, validation, and output development
Prepare end-to-end sustainability reports and review sustainability disclosures aligned with CSRD-ESRS, ISSB, GRI, and SASB
Support ESG ratings, assessments, and disclosure programmes including CDP, EcoVadis, DJSI, and MSCI
Conduct ESG performance gap assessments and benchmarking; validate evidence and develop recommendations
Support sustainability strategies, priorities, targets, and implementation roadmaps
Manage and analyse ESG data, data quality, controls, and sustainability technology solutions such as Workiva
Develop sustainability report content, disclosure narratives, case studies, and executive messaging
Develop client-ready reports, recommendations, and executive communications
Analyse, consolidate, and validate sustainability data
Prepare interview guides and support stakeholder engagement
Conduct double materiality and gap assessments
Prepare and review ESG disclosures
Support ESG ratings and benchmark submissions
Analyse sustainability reporting requirements and disclosure obligations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of experience in sustainability consulting, materiality assessment, and preparing sustainability reports
Hands-on experience with Double Materiality Assessments, GRI, and disclosure projects
Working knowledge of CSRD-ESRS, ISSB (IFRS S1 and IFRS S2), and SASB
Experience supporting ESG ratings and external assessments, including gap analysis, benchmarking, and evidence management
Ability to interpret ESG data and convert findings into practical recommendations, reporting content, and client-ready deliverables
Strong analytical, written communication, project coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience with ESG data management platforms or sustainability reporting technology, preferably Workiva
Experience developing sustainability strategies, targets, and implementation roadmaps
