About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage end-to-end annual reward cycle activities, including annual pay review, bonus cycle, internal pay equity review, and benchmarking
  • Act as a strategic reward partner to the EMEA senior leadership team
  • Provide expert reward guidance to support business needs
  • Develop and deliver reward communication and education materials for the EMEA region
  • Manage stakeholders across regional and global/group teams
  • Collaborate on global reward projects and process implementations
  • Lead large-scale regional and global reward projects, including EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness, job architecture review, and global benefits management transition
  • Lead a small team of reward professionals
  • Build the reward philosophy and develop and implement the EMEA reward approach across approximately 20 countries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record as an EMEA Rewards Director
  • Senior reward experience working strategically and operationally across multiple countries in EMEA
  • Deep technical expertise in reward frameworks, processes, and plan design
  • Knowledge of reward compliance topics
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, preferably in a matrixed environment
  • Very strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Prior experience in professional services or consulting preferred
  • Knowledge of Workday preferred
  • Previous experience of Workday and WTW’s Global Grading methodology would be a plus
