About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing and screening candidates through interviewing and negotiating offers
  • Act as strategic support and subject matter expert for client groups
  • Provide coaching and thought leadership on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate experiences
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Report recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders
  • Create compelling job postings and leverage multiple channels to attract qualified and diverse candidates
  • Engage with industry professionals through networking events and monitor industry trends
  • Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Target, attract, and engage candidates for consulting roles in key service areas and client markets
  • Use social media, advanced internet research, AI tools, and networking to build talent pipelines
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support candidate selection

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of proven full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume and niche roles
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, including advanced internet research, social media, AI tools, and networking
  • Experience recruiting for technical or consulting roles
  • Solid understanding of environmental, engineering, or related industries
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and communicate insights effectively
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms; Workday preferred
  • Experience tracking and reporting KPIs and metrics
  • Proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred
  • Resume and brief cover letter required
