About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and run test cases and regression suites across NetSuite, web and mobile (iOS and Android)
  • Test business scenarios end to end, from source transaction to GL impact
  • Log clear, reproducible defects, work them to closure with developers, and sign off releases
  • Learn products in depth and act as the voice of the user
  • Flag usability gaps and process mismatches and contribute to requirements
  • Build demo environments and data
  • Deliver scenario-based product demonstrations to prospects and partners alongside the sales team
  • Answer functional questions in sales cycles and RFPs
  • Write user guides, release notes and training material
  • Support customer onboarding and UAT

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years in ERP functional consulting, functional or business QA, or a product specialist role
  • Hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience: core records and transactions, workflows, saved searches, roles and permissions, OneWorld and multi-currency, sandbox use
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes: supply chain (procure-to-pay, inventory, warehouse and fulfilment), logistics (shipping, transport and delivery), accounting (order-to-cash, record-to-report, tax, month-end close), people operations (time, expenses, HR and payroll), and project accounting
  • Structured QA approach: test planning, test case design, regression discipline and well-written defects, using a tool such as Jira, Azure DevOps or TestRail
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confidence to present a product to senior business users and handle questions live
  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant); SuiteApp, ISV or SaaS product experience
  • Pre-sales, solution consulting, conference room pilot or demo experience
  • API testing (Postman), basic SQL or SuiteQL, and test automation (Playwright, Selenium or Appium)
