About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promote Bahiana’s exchange opportunities to internal and external audiences
  • Provide priority assistance to students from other countries by offering information, guidance, and support throughout academic mobility processes
  • Address questions and make the necessary referrals
  • Initiate and monitor the registration process for international Visiting Students through the submission of enrollment data
  • Provide general information about the department in English, guiding clients according to their needs and competencies
  • Assess students’ language proficiency
  • Welcome Visiting Students under the supervision of the academic coordinator and faculty member, providing guidance on access procedures and general information
  • Edit and publish calls for applications for exchange program selection
  • Support the organization of internal events to promote exchange programs
  • Prepare newsletter content and update internationalization materials on the website for international students

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Degree in International Relations, Political Science, Marketing, Languages, Education, or a related field
  • Experience communicating in English and engaging with social media
  • Experience working in an educational institution, providing student support, and working remotely
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
  • Position also open to applicants with disabilities
