About the role

- Work with government clients during Eastern time zone hours
- Attend occasional training and project meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government
- Candidates must either be U.S. citizens or pass clearance through the Foreign National Government System
- Candidates using the Foreign National Government System must have lived within the United States for at least 3 out of the previous 5 years
- Valid and non-expired passport from country of birth and appropriate VISA/work permit documentation required for Foreign National Government System clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience designing and delivering training in corporate, technical, or government environments
- Proficiency with instructional design software, such as Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, and Vyond
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to create clear, visually appealing, and instructionally sound materials
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
