About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop new packaging solutions and optimize existing ones at The Quality Group sites and co-packers, focusing on primary packaging such as films, cans, and bottles
Work closely with suppliers to implement technical and sustainable packaging concepts
Review, coordinate, and approve packaging specifications
Conduct production, filling, and transport tests to qualify new packaging
Support production-related evaluations and derive optimization projects
Serve as a central interface between Production, Purchasing, Planning, Quality Management, Product Development, Marketing, and Sales

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as a Packaging Technology Specialist, Packaging Technician, or in Packaging Quality Management, or a completed degree in Packaging Technology
Initial practical experience in a technical environment or in production
Basic knowledge of maintaining packaging master data
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Structured, solution-oriented, and independent work style
Confident, persuasive manner and enjoyment of practical, hands-on activities
