About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor HR systems and further develop them in collaboration with teams and specialist departments
  • Prepare, review, and document contracts, certificates, and onboarding processes
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, finding pragmatic and empathetic solutions
  • Organize HR workflows such as leave approvals, absences, and special cases
  • Drive own projects, new programs, and complex topics forward in a structured and independent manner
  • Support payroll preparation, including international payroll activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or a comparable generalist role
  • Ideally, experience in a dynamic, growing environment
  • Strong overview of HR processes, from employment contracts to preparing employment references
  • Independent, structured, and flexible working style
  • Ability to set up and drive topics independently
  • Openness to change
  • Confident communication skills in German and English
  • Availability to work full time (40 hours per week)
