About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Logis Billing implementations from kickoff through handoff using dated project plans
- Conduct discovery of customer billing processes, payers, fee schedules, codes, clearinghouses, and reports
- Raise project risks early with the team lead and customer, including recovery plans
- Configure Logis Billing for payers, fee schedules, codes, claim rules, clearinghouse enrollment, remittance, and posting
- Plan and validate data conversions, including open balances and historical data
- Run user acceptance testing with customers and obtain go-live sign-off
- Train customer billers and office staff on daily workflows
- Support customers through initial billing cycles until claims and payments flow
- Hand off customers to Logis Billing support and Customer Success
- Log time in real time by customer and work type
- Maintain current project dates, health, risks, and next steps weekly
- Deliver go-lives on schedule with no serious defects in the first 30 days
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets and clean post-go-live handoffs
Requirements
