About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate all financial management activities for the department, including invoice processing
- Cascade the approved budget to the execution team
- Lead the preparation and control of the annual budget forecast
- Support building maintenance and Facilities teams in developing work plans
- Create and monitor all department performance indicators
- Prepare management reports and present updates to senior management
- Support the Logistics team in managing the central warehouse and developing consumption plans
- Manage regional inventories
- Own the department’s CMMS
- Manage the PMO for interventions across the entire operation, including renovations, end-of-life replacements, and improvement initiatives
- Map processes and manage content across the entire operation
- Update BI tools and control platforms
- Monitor utility activations, including water and electricity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred: Graduate studies in project management, Six Sigma methodologies, and process mapping (BPM)
- Desired experience: Strong knowledge of planning and control, CMMS/ERP systems, and materials/parts management
