About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end project management for priority marketing initiatives, especially digital platforms, websites, landing pages, microsites, and related digital builds
  • Liaise between marketing and technology/integration teams to align schedules, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and accountability
  • Build and maintain project plans and timelines, track milestones, and flag risks, blockers, or scope changes
  • Build a capacity manager and track team and resource allocation across active projects
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to account for and resource future work based on launch dates
  • Prioritize incoming requests and sequence work based on capacity, priority, urgency, and business impact
  • Evaluate tools, platforms, and processes for effectiveness
  • Design and maintain documented project processes for intake, scoping, approvals, and handoffs
  • Train and support team members on project processes
  • Facilitate status meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder check-ins
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and AI tools
  • Maintain and automate Monday.com as the system of record for project information, timelines, reviews, status, and resource allocation
  • Report project status, team capacity, and process health to marketing leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6-8 years of experience in project management, digital project management, or marketing operations
  • Experience managing website, platform, or other digital/technical deliverables
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and technology/development teams
  • Ability to reprioritize work as business needs evolve
  • Experience with resource planning and capacity tracking across multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or Workfront
  • Ability to design and document repeatable processes and roll them out to a team
  • Working knowledge of automation and AI tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience facilitating meetings and reporting status to leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • PMP, CAPM, or Scrum/Agile certification is a plus, not required
  • Spanish writing or content quality-control skills are outstanding bonus skills, not required
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time, including occasional overnight stays
