About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns supporting enterprise, subsidiary, and e-commerce goals
  • Contribute to campaign strategy, creative brainstorming, messaging development, copywriting, and content planning across multiple channels
  • Create, coordinate, write, and manage campaign content for email, SMS, social media, internal communications, promotional materials, e-commerce initiatives, and other channels
  • Build and execute campaign assets within email marketing, SMS, social media management, and public relations platforms
  • Maintain campaign calendars and project timelines, ensuring deliverables are reviewed, approved, and deployed on schedule
  • Partner with design and operational teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives
  • Support product launches, employee-owner engagement initiatives, company announcements, recruitment marketing campaigns, and strategic communications
  • Establish campaign objectives, performance metrics, and KPIs aligned with business goals
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance across channels
  • Conduct audience, market, and competitor research
  • Use marketing and communications technology to track engagement, optimize performance, and improve audience targeting
  • Prepare campaign recaps and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support marketing-driven events, promotional initiatives, employee-owner campaigns, community sponsorships, and brand activations
  • Develop, write, and edit event communications
  • Coordinate pre-event, event-day, and post-event communications
  • Travel approximately 5% of the time, including occasional overnight stays

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • 2-4 years of marketing and/or campaign management experience
  • Experience working with teams from various disciplines, departments, and backgrounds
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Solid experience with social and digital communication tactics
  • Strong organization, process management, proofing, and error-checking skills
  • Ability to collaborate, multitask, think analytically, and work independently with discretion and judgment
  • Ability to distill complex information into layman's terms
  • Experience running analytics and translating campaign performance into marketing KPIs
  • Ability to evaluate tools, channels, and platforms for effectiveness
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects with tight deadlines across various teams and minimal supervision
  • Ability to respond to inquiries urgently and think quickly under pressure
  • Ability to resolve media issues and crisis situations
  • Experience conducting media training for executives and operational leaders
  • Ability to manage relationships, workflow, and budgets
  • Knowledge of A/E/C industry is a bonus
  • Knowledge of civil construction is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Monday, Sprout, Figma, Brevo, and Cision is preferred/advantageous
  • Ability to write or quality-control Spanish content is a bonus
