Provide senior-level systems engineering expertise for enterprise modernization initiatives
Design and integrate scalable enterprise systems and technical solutions
Support modernization of legacy and mission-critical technology environments
Develop engineering approaches for system integration, automation, and deployment
Evaluate technical requirements and translate them into implementable engineering solutions
Collaborate across architecture, development, cloud, security, infrastructure, and program teams
Support technical documentation, system design, engineering standards, and modernization planning

15+ years of relevant systems engineering experience
Experience supporting complex enterprise technology environments
Strong systems integration and modernization experience
Senior technical leadership or SME-level systems engineering experience
Experience with MAF/TIGER systems
Experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise
Experience with ArcGIS Portal
Experience with Oracle Spatial/Topology
Experience with FME
Experience with WFS/WMS
Experience with enterprise geospatial systems and integration
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Experience with Terraform
Experience with Ansible
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with DevSecOps integration
