About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate data from multiple sources into actionable recommendations, executive reports, and KPIs to support Estadão leadership
Develop, maintain, and enhance executive and operational dashboards
Develop analytical solutions using Google Looker Studio and Python applications
Build pipelines for the extraction, processing, consolidation, and automatic updating of data from APIs, databases, spreadsheets, and corporate systems
Model databases while ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance
Create end-to-end analytical products integrating data capture, processing, analysis, and visualization
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks, transforming data into actionable recommendations
Partner with different Estadão teams, translating business problems into analytical solutions
Support the definition, evolution, and monitoring of key corporate KPIs
Prepare analyses, studies, and executive presentations to support leadership
Contribute to the evolution of the company’s data architecture and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Google Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
Advanced Python skills for data processing, process automation, and the development of dashboards and analytical applications
Advanced knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem, especially Google Sheets and Google Drive
Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools
Knowledge of relational databases and cloud environments
Experience with Git and code version control
Experience working on automation, business intelligence, or digital transformation projects
Experience with Generative AI tools applied to data analysis and analytical productivity
Strong experience developing dashboards and Business Intelligence solutions
Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Plotly, and Streamlit, or similar tools
Advanced SQL skills for querying, integrating, and manipulating databases
Experience in data modeling and structuring
Knowledge of data integration through APIs
Advanced Excel skills
