About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build application services for accounts, profiles, registrations, saved resources and dashboard information
- Implement permissions and agreed business rules
- Work with the integration developer to exchange information with the Client’s systems
- Contribute to technical delivery and handover
- Work within a specialist team building a bilingual digital platform for a nonprofit organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Production web services, API development, databases and automated testing
- Authentication, single sign-on, authorization and secure account lifecycle management
- Registration workflows, input validation, reliable identifiers and duplicate prevention
- Logging, error handling, performance tuning and maintainable technical documentation
- 5 to 10 years of experience
- Available to start within a month
- Located in Canada preferred; USA also considered
- Available during standard EST business hours
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Fluency in spoken and written French is a huge asset
- Relevant delivery experience, collaborative working and clear documentation
- Nonprofit or education experience is an asset
