About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join the ECIS Dispute team, responsible for managing disputes on the Group’s legacy platform
  • Analyze customer needs and define regulatory and business enhancements
  • Draft functional and technical specifications
  • Participate in testing activities
  • Analyze production and UAT incidents
  • Recommend improvements to enhance application robustness and reduce recurring costs
  • Ensure the operational readiness and ongoing maintenance of the Dispute application portfolio
  • Build expertise in the functional domain and contribute to projects within the Estreem One program
  • Use AI-assisted design as part of the Estreem One program
  • Collaborate within an 8-person Dispute team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (engineering, computer science, or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent French (C2)
  • Professional English (B2–C1)
  • Strong knowledge of open systems environments (Linux, Java, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL)
  • Interest in functional testing and UAT (Postman, SoapUI)
  • Knowledge of interface contracts, REST APIs, and Kafka
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Previous experience in payments is preferred
  • Knowledge of Mainframe systems (DB2 data querying)
  • Initial experience with AI is a plus (PRD writing)
  • Experience using Jira and Xray
