About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage one or more products within Estreem’s platform covering the Issuing scope: Card Management & Digital Services, Authorization, Clearing & Settlement
  • Ensure product value for customers and the company, in alignment with the objectives of the Issuing domain and the overall strategy
  • Own the product roadmap and manage the products across all dimensions
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and identify emerging and innovative trends
  • Develop offerings and solutions based on market and customer needs
  • Conduct the Discovery activities required to define the roadmap
  • Define the product roadmap and ensure its consistency with the strategy and delivery capacity
  • Prioritize requirements and make product trade-offs based on business, regulatory, and technical considerations
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and operations teams
  • Participate in monthly meetings with key customers regarding their enhancement requests and the roadmap
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Product initiatives and coordinate activities across departments
  • Track KPIs to assess product effectiveness
  • Create and present regular reports on the results of product initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably from a business school or engineering school
  • Fluent French (C2)
  • Professional English proficiency (B2–C1)
  • At least 3 years of experience, including at least one experience in the Issuing domain
  • Experience working with diverse teams (technology, finance, compliance, customer relations, etc.)
  • Expertise in card payments
  • Knowledge of Product Management
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development technologies (APIs)
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply
