About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of online systems in line with SLOs/SLAs
Automate the deployment, monitoring, and management of infrastructure and applications using IaC
Manage incidents, conduct root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
Define, develop, and implement security policies and solutions, including IAM, ACLs, firewalls, VPNs, and IPsec
Document architectures and procedures
Contribute to Operational Readiness Reviews
Collaborate with development, production, security, and architecture teams
Develop observability dashboards for performance, security, and availability
Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, DORA, ISO 27001, and IBM FS Cloud
Build and operate highly available, scalable, automated infrastructure that meets banking industry requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
4–6 years of experience in systems, SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
Fluent French (C2)
Fluent English (C1/C2)
Experience in a highly automated or cloud environment is a plus
Technologies and languages: Terraform, Python, Bash, Helm, Ansible
Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
Strong cybersecurity best practices
Proficiency with frameworks such as OWASP and SAST/DAST testing
ACL management
Cloud experience, ideally with IBM Cloud (VPC, OpenShift, IAM, HPCS, Monitoring, Logs, Secret Manager, etc.)
Experience using generative AI tools in a professional context
Experience with Claude or an equivalent tool
Interest in using specialized agents and AI applied to SRE, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code activities
Ability to leverage AI to accelerate platform development, standardization, and operations
PostgreSQL, Kafka, MongoDB, VSI RH Linux, and Object Storage experience is a plus or can be acquired on the job
IBM Cloud SRE certification is a plus or can be obtained on the job
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach
Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems in distributed environments
Product/service-oriented mindset, with a focus on impact and end-user needs
Ability to challenge technical decisions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
