About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure, industrialize, and evolve CI/CD practices
- Support teams in increasing their maturity and improve the developer experience
- Promote DevSecOps standards among internal teams and partners
- Design, automate, and make delivery pipelines reliable while ensuring their consistency, security, and performance
- Collaborate with SRE, Development, Integration, Architecture, and Security teams
- Provide technical leadership for a team of nine DevSecOps engineers
- Act as the technical point of reference for the DevSecOps team and stakeholders
- Contribute to decisions aimed at building a state-of-the-art GitLab-based CI/CD pipeline
- Support, challenge, and develop the skills of DevSecOps engineers
- Define, structure, and promote best practices in CI/CD, GitOps, SRE, and automation
- Design, industrialize, and maintain automated CI/CD toolchains using GitLab and Jenkins
- Implement quality gates to control promotion across Dev, QA, and Production environments
- Integrate and orchestrate security scanning, code quality, automated testing, and artifact management tools
- Improve the Developer Experience through standardization, templates, onboarding, documentation, and self-service
- Collaborate with SRE teams to strengthen the reliability, observability, and resilience of pipelines and platforms
- Contribute to CI/CD, GitOps, and automation architecture decisions
- Integrate DevSecOps tools into complex and heterogeneous environments
- Ensure overall technical consistency across teams and projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 10 years of proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and tool integration
- At least one successful prior experience as a Tech Lead
- Fluent French (C2)
- Professional English (B2–C1)
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with GitLab CI
- Practical experience with Jenkins
- Significant experience implementing end-to-end automated pipelines
- In-depth knowledge of quality gates, promotion strategies, and branching models
- Strong understanding of cloud environments and Kubernetes platforms, ideally OpenShift
- SRE mindset: observability, reliability, performance, and monitoring
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.)
- Ability to unite, guide, and technically challenge a team without direct managerial authority
- Excellent communication, coaching, and service-oriented skills
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (Development, SRE, Architecture, SecOps, etc.)
- Broad perspective, architectural expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset
