About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain modern React micro frontend applications
Implement and deliver full-stack features and their infrastructure using ASP.NET and React/TypeScript
Work with Product Owners to clarify feature requirements and understand business context
Ensure features meet the Definition of Done with unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage
Support incident response and production issue resolution
Share team knowledge and coach colleagues in technical best practices
Build scalable backend services using ASP.NET Web API with C#
Build frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript
Review and understand AI-assisted code and adjust it to the product’s complexity and requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

MSc+ in Computer Science or equivalent
5 years of proven experience building front-end applications with React
At least 2 years of experience building secure REST APIs using ASP.NET
Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary web application architectures, especially microservices and cloud design patterns
Demonstrated high technical ownership
Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure (bonus)
Experience in cross-functional product teams using Agile practices and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) (bonus)
Clear and adaptive communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
English fluency at B2 level; no certificate required
German desired but not required
Must live in Poland
Must attend in-person team meetings in Poland for at least one week each quarter
No B2B contracting offered
