About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and adapt assortments tailored to the potential and local specificities of each market
  • Define and manage the purchasing budget by market, tracking volume and revenue commitments
  • Prepare SKU-level sales forecasts to safeguard profitability and anticipate overstock and stockout risks
  • Analyze weekly and seasonal KPIs
  • Prepare collection reviews and recommend corrective action plans
  • Consolidate regional benchmarks, customer insights, and competitive analyses
  • Ensure market-specific price consistency through regular competitive monitoring
  • Challenge pricing decisions with the central team
  • Act as the liaison between central and local teams
  • Collect and consolidate market needs to inform the overall strategy
  • Present collections to regional teams and align local teams around the season’s priorities
  • Lead business routines and governance processes: Assortment Planning, presentations, buying, launches, and implementation committees
  • Facilitate workshops by region and formalize the strategy within transformation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of a leading business or engineering school, or a university-level Master’s degree (equivalent to five years of higher education)
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in merchandising or buying/product management
  • Experience in the Spanish market
  • Passion for retail and lingerie
  • Strong anticipation, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and summarization skills
  • Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, AI tools, and Microsoft Office
