About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce accurate, coordinated Revit models and drawings supporting complex MEP packages on data centre projects
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project programmes and milestones
- Monitor modelling progress and report status to the BIM Project Manager
- Develop and maintain coordinated Revit models across disciplines
- Run clash detection and coordinate issue resolution
- Identify clashes and communicate them to Engineering Teams
- Ensure models comply with internal BIM standards, QA processes, and client-specific BIM requirements
- Maintain model integrity, naming conventions, and data consistency
- Set up and develop models in line with Client BEP requirements
- Oversee production of accurate, coordinated drawings from Revit models
- Represent Ethos in BIM coordination meetings
- Collaborate with Engineering Teams, external consultants, and project stakeholders
- Communicate BIM-related issues, risks, and progress
- Monitor model performance, file size, and usability
- Oversee modelling teams and day-to-day BIM activities
- Escalate technical or resource issues to the BIM Project Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in BIM delivery within MEP or multidisciplinary projects
- Experience working on large-scale or complex projects, such as data centres
- Experience leading or coordinating BIM teams on projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP (essential)
- Experience with clash detection tools, such as Navisworks
- Understanding of BIM coordination processes and workflows
- Familiarity with common data environments, such as ACC/FORMA
- Knowledge of BIM standards and QA processes
- Understanding of ISO 19650 principles
- Knowledge of industry Revit add-ins to streamline processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
