About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management
  • Strong background in both technical and commercial aspects of project delivery
  • Experience developing project scopes, execution strategies, and managing project budgets
  • Skilled in Value Management/Value Engineering techniques
  • Knowledge of local statutory and regulatory obligations
  • Experience in document management via CDE platforms
  • Ability to produce detailed project reports and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative client relationships
  • Exceptional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Ability to establish resource requirements and achieve project objectives
