About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set and drive product strategy across web front-end developer experience, infrastructure, design systems, and prototyping
- Create focused, prioritized roadmaps and make product trade-offs
- Build solutions for measuring experience quality and internal front-end developer experience
- Define multi-year investment strategy for agentic and AI-assisted capabilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of product managers
- Champion front-end platform health, accessibility, and design-system best practices
- Partner with product teams using the platform to understand needs and establish priorities
- Represent the UX Platform roadmap and progress to senior leadership
- Build the case for investment when needed
- Report to the Senior Director of Product Management, Foundation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading products for platform, infrastructure, design-system, or developer-experience teams
- Experience serving internal and technical customers, including engineers, designers, and product managers
- Systems thinking across design systems, front-end architecture, and developer workflows
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and create organizational structure
- Product operating model focused on problems and outcomes
- Data-driven prioritization of developer experience and UX quality
- Ability to communicate with highly technical and design-focused audiences
- Experience managing and coaching product managers
- Interest in agentic and AI-assisted ways of working
