About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Integrity, Regulatory, and Risk Operations organization’s operating cadence
- Lead annual and quarterly planning, business reviews, all-hands meetings, leadership meetings, and recurring forums
- Prepare agendas, pre-reads, updates, decision materials, recommendations, talking points, and follow-up plans
- Track organizational priorities, risks, dependencies, commitments, owners, and outcomes
- Improve recurring processes to support faster decision-making and delivery
- Provide executive support to the Integrity, Risk, and Regulatory Operations leadership team
- Keep leadership commitments moving across multiple teams and workstreams
- Lead large cross-functional programs from problem definition through planning, execution, launch, and post-launch improvement
- Define program goals, scope, outcomes, owners, success measures, and decision processes
- Align priorities, resolve tradeoffs, manage dependencies, and drive execution without formal authority
- Partner with Analytics and operational teams to establish baselines and measure results
- Identify risks, recommend mitigation plans, and escalate decisions when needed
- Report to the Senior Director of Risk, Fraud, & Financial Compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in program management, business operations, strategy, chief-of-staff, consulting, or a related field
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with senior partners and multiple dependencies
- Experience in a technology, marketplace, payments, risk, regulatory, compliance, Trust & Safety, or operations environment is helpful
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and decisions
- Excellent organization and follow-through, while maintaining sight of broader goals
- Good judgment when handling sensitive information and navigating ambitious priorities
- Ability to influence without authority and work through ambiguity or changing priorities
- Experience partnering with Analytics or other technical teams to measure progress and impact
- Must be able to work within the applicable U.S. employment and work authorization framework; visa sponsorship may be limited to certain roles and skills
