About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a portfolio of approximately 1 to 3 enterprise accounts from post-sale handover through implementation, launch, renewal and expansion
Configure demos and product deployments for new countries and employee populations
Configure GAP and Navigator for each client
Build implementation plans and run user acceptance testing
Manage data and policy-document onboarding
Handle support and track adoption on live data
Spend approximately one day per week on client site, with heavier onsite periods around launches and occasional international travel
Lead discovery and design workshops
Train client teams on GAP and Navigator
Design and ship custom agents, automations and workflows using the Euphoric MCP
Serve as day-to-day client contact
Write client communications and create decks, QBRs and proposals for senior stakeholders
Work with product, engineering and design on account-specific features and flows
Provide product support through specifications, evaluations, prompts, testing and analytics
Work with Deployed Product Managers, owning client-specific work

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of enterprise deployment experience
Experience delivering enterprise-level client implementations in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience handling difficult stakeholders
Genuine, intense interest in AI and experience building with Claude Code, Cowork, Cursor, Codex, MCP integrations and agents
Comfortable with APIs, data models and prompts
Experience building agents and automations for clients
Exceptional academic track record from a top university
Strong A-levels or equivalent
Strong communication skills, including explaining technical ideas to non-technical audiences and senior executives
High ownership and ability to follow through independently
Proven high performance, such as unusually fast promotion, elite sport or music, or national or international academic awards
STEM degree desirable but not essential
