Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor Fraud alerts and immediately take necessary actions to protect customers and the company from fraudulent Merchant Acquiring activity.
  • Analyze transactional behavior through large historical data and identify fraud patterns.
  • Combine data from various sources.
  • Provide advice and education to merchants on proper card acceptance and fraud prevention best practices.
  • Identify false positive alerts and suggest ways to improve fraud-rule performance.
  • Contribute to the creation of fraud rules by providing analytical data to support decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Finance/Economics or Positive Sciences/Technology or Engineering.
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications.
  • Understanding of the Cards Payments Industry, acceptance, and processing of cards transactions through POS terminals and eCommerce a plus but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Team spirit.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, learn fast.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and ensure high quality.
  • Conceptual and structured work style, problem solving and analytical skills.
