About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the expansion, maintenance, and daily operations of the ATM network, focusing on availability, reliability, operational efficiency, revenue performance, and cost optimization
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external providers, including security, installation, transportation, CIT, FLM/SLM, and other vendors
- Ensure provider compliance with local and global standards
- Provide local operational and technical support to Central Operations, including IT, telecommunications, infrastructure, and ATM-related activities
- Coordinate ATM deployment projects, including site surveys, site preparation, installations, testing, documentation, and successful go-live
- Manage ATM, telecom equipment, and site inventories
- Monitor processes, SLAs, dependencies, documentation, and supplier-related costs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective information flow, timely issue resolution, and successful delivery of ATM-related projects and operational activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Operations or IT, preferably within banking, financial services, telecommunications, or retail
- Experience in project coordination and operational project delivery
- ATM systems/software experience is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Power Pivot and Power BI knowledge preferred
- Fluent English and native Spanish
- Valid Category B driving license
- Self-motivated, results-orientated, and fully independent
- Strong interpersonal skills with an orientation towards customer service
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Focus and dedication in delivering quality
