About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people actions and measurable outcomes
  • Produce and use workforce data, analytics and AI to improve decisions, productivity and organisational effectiveness
  • Challenge and influence leaders on performance, talent, capability, retention and workforce planning
  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle delivery, including onboarding, development, mobility, performance and exit
  • Ensure effective execution of employee relations, reward, payroll inputs and engagement
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Legal on business-focused solutions
  • Maintain HR governance and compliance with Greek employment law, internal policies and statutory requirements
  • Identify and manage people risks, including processes, documentation, audits and reporting
  • Provide HR expertise on compensation, pay transparency, job architecture and employment matters
  • Contribute to organisational change, workforce planning, HR transformation, digitalisation and regional HR initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years’ HR experience with strong hands-on HR Business Partnering and employee lifecycle expertise
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labour law and HR governance
  • Confidence with data and analytics, turning HR insights into better people-related decisions
  • Comfortable using AI and digital tools to improve HR productivity and delivery
  • Commercial, proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English
