About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Daily booking of incoming invoices (AP) and outgoing invoices (AR)
- Daily booking of bank statements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting documentations
- Support external and internal audit activities
- Cooperate with foreign partners and different departments
- Participate in month- and year-end closing activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- University or College degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
- At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting role
- Understanding of the P2P process
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish
- Strong MS Office skills
- Able to perform tasks timely and independently
- Team player attitude
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic understanding of generative AI tools and their practical application in a business environment
- Ability to use AI responsibly while maintaining appropriate data privacy and quality standards
