About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and implementation plans
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Lead project teams, coordinate activities, and review deliverables
Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and resources, implementing corrective actions when required
Manage project changes, stakeholder communication, and governance reporting
Gather, analyse and validate business requirements
Create, manage and prioritise product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Plan product releases and support sprint planning and prioritization
Organise and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Review sprint deliverables and validate product functionalities against business requirements
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate business acceptance
Ensure effective collaboration between business and technical teams
Drive continuous improvement of project delivery and Agile processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
At least 10 years of experience in software development projects
At least 7 years of experience in performing analysis utilising use case specifications or user stories
At least 5 years of experience in producing user stories
At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects using strategic planning, project scheduling, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking
At least 5 years of experience with project management software such as JIRA and Confluence
At least 5 years of experience managing projects in Agile environments, Scrum Management and Lean agile
Experience applying recognised project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 and PMBOK
Mandatory PM2, Project Management Professional (PMP), or PRINCE2 certification or equivalent
Mandatory PM2-Agile, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification
Excellent command of the English language
