About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define test cases and report test results
Design, code, and execute automated GUI tests using Selenium WebDriver and C# unit tests
Design, code, and execute functional automated API tests on REST services using C# Rest Sharp
Define and execute functional manual test scenarios and scripts that are difficult to automate
Identify, retest, and report defects
Support the definition of test plans and user acceptance testing activities
Support system integrations through implementation and testing of REST web service API integrations
Integrate and closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on-site

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree and at least 10 years of IT professional experience
More than 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance as a Test Analyst and/or Test Automation Engineer
Participation in a minimum of 3 projects requiring GUI and API testing
Good knowledge of C# or Java programming language for test automation
Knowledge of object-oriented techniques, design patterns, best practices, Git, and pull requests
Good knowledge of manual regression testing and regression test automation at UI and API level
Experience with Rest Assured, Rest Sharp, WebDriver, or comparable frameworks
Good knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) methodology
Experience with SpecFlow or Cucumber
Good knowledge of DevOps best practices, including continuous testing and build/release pipelines
Knowledge of system-level and acceptance-level testing using dynamic, static, and experience-based test techniques
Excellent command of English
