About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define test automation approaches and patterns for UI, backend and data-driven products
Create reliable, fast-feedback and maintainable test automation frameworks and patterns
Create and review test cases and test automation suites to increase test coverage
Mentor test engineers in applying test automation frameworks and patterns
Drive proofs of concept and adoption of test automation frameworks and patterns
Join the Development team and cooperate closely with a major client's IT team

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of at least 5 years
Minimum 5 years of experience in testing automation patterns and frameworks (UI, backend and data driven)
Experience with Java, Java/TypeScript, and preferably Python
Experience with Tosca, Playwright, Selenium and Appium
Experience in test automation framework creation and maintenance
Experience in test automation suite creation and maintenance
Experience embedding automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and using results as quality and promotion gates
Experience integrating test automation suite results into test management tools
Experience in complex enterprise system integration
Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies
Excellent command of English
