About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary coordinator and e-learning expert for developing training content with training leads and external service providers
- Lead the Educational Technology team in adopting and deploying emerging AI technologies for scalable learning solutions
- Author and update learning content related to the patent-granting process and patent information tools
- Develop and implement best practices for data collection, analytics, reporting, and visualization
- Oversee the development and administration of learning management systems and their integration with IT systems
- Design and automate workflows, establish technical frameworks, implement software solutions, and oversee contract management
- Manage budget administration, fund reservations, and invoice processing
- Undertake temporary responsibilities, project assignments, or other necessary tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading teams in the adoption and deployment of AI-driven workflows and technologies for educational content creation
- A forward-thinking approach and initiative to develop new solutions, processes, and workflows
- Proven experience authoring learning materials for legal and technical domains, with the ability to adapt such materials for a broad range of audiences
- Analytical skills and the ability to provide advice on operational and technical matters
- Strong communication skills and the ability to drive cooperation initiatives and projects
- Diplomatic skills and a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and build and maintain excellent working relationships
- A natural ability to foster a collaborative team culture and champion proactive knowledge sharing
- A degree evidencing completion of full master’s-level studies or, exceptionally, equivalent professional experience
- Excellent knowledge (at least C1 level) of one of the official languages (German, English, or French) and the ability to understand the other two; alternatively, excellent knowledge (at least C1 level) of at least one official language and a willingness to learn the other languages and reach B2 level within a specified period
- Citizenship of one of the member states of the European Patent Organisation
